About the 14-Day Free Eligibility Trial

Thank you for your interest in our Payer Gatewayplus service. Our philosophy is simple, we want you to “try before you buy”. The 14-day trial period will give you a good idea of how our Payer Gatewayplus service will benefit your practice/facility. Your trial period will consist of 14 days or 300 transactions, whichever comes first. View our Payer List to determine which payers you will have access to.
Note: Medicare A & B National CMS is a special enrollment payer, however we WILL be able to activate Medicare during your trial.

How current is the benefit information?

The response information will be as current as the payer has on their database. Our connections are real-time, direct.

Is your system available 24/7?

Our system is available 24/7 as long as the payers are not down for routine maintenance.

Can I find out if my patient is enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan

 Yes, our response from Medicare will let you know who the primary payer is along with the effective date.

Can we have multiple users logged on at the same time?

Yes, you can have as many users logged on as needed, even during your free trial

How many payers are on your system?

For Real-Time eligibility verification, we currently have 1200+ payers. View our Payer List.

Can we access Out-of-State BCBS payers?

How quickly is the information returned?

On average, 4-7 seconds.

Can we print the responses?

Yes, responses are printable and exportable in multiple formats.

Can we do batch processing?

 Yes, you can process Real-Time batches and color code the responses, i.e. Active – Green Inactive – Red.

Can we upload our patient population into your system?

Yes, you can upload your patient population into our system and retrieve a patient to process an eligibility inquiry.

Does the system store/save patient demographic data for future use?

Yes, all patient demographic data is automatically stored in the system for future use.

Is there a long term contract?

No. If you choose to subscribe after your free trial, our agreement is month-to-month. You may cancel anytime.

Is a credit card required?


Do we have to cancel the service before the 14-day free trial is over so we won’t be billed?

No. If you decide to not subscribe, the user id and password will no longer access our system after your free trial.

What is the price?

We offer both flat rate and per transaction pricing. We will discuss pricing with you prior to starting your free trial.
